Inspect items properly before raising disputes (for buyers)

We reserve the right to investigate and take action on disputes when necessary.

5. Escrow Payment System

For eligible transactions:

Payments may be securely held by Hoopono.my
Funds will be released to sellers only after order confirmation or dispute resolution
Abuse of the escrow system may result in account suspension or termination

This system is designed to protect both buyers and sellers.

6. Content Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for all content they submit, including:

Product listings
Images and descriptions
Messages and communications

Hoopono.my reserves the right to remove content that is false, illegal, or violates these Conditions.

The behavior or reliability of users
That disputes will always be resolved in favor of any party
